FOR BUSINESS / MANAGED OUTSOURCING

01 / WHAT TURNKEY MEANS

Managing a process area.
From launch to acceptance.

01

Design

Define inputs, operations, volume, schedule and output. Establish where responsibility starts and ends.

02

Organise

Prepare the team, training, coordination, schedules and backup. Agree materials, equipment and access.

03

Deliver

The UWP coordinator organises daily work and responds to changes in demand.

04

Confirm

Record accepted volume, exceptions, rework and the basis for billing.

02 / WAREHOUSE EXAMPLE

From “we need it packed”
to an accepted batch.

INPUT

The task and goods

An order list, available items, packing materials and labelling rules.

UWP PROCESS

Picking → packing

The team follows the operation card. The coordinator manages the area and checks record exceptions.

OUTPUT

Accepted orders

Checked contents, quantities, labels and condition. Handover against the agreed register.

03 / RESPONSIBILITY

Clear responsibility for delivery
and acceptance.

04 / SERVICE ECONOMICS

Pricing starts
with a process definition.

01

Per unit of output

An order, kit, batch or another measurable unit. Suitable when the operation and complexity are sufficiently standardised.

02

For an agreed volume

A work package for a defined period, with scope boundaries and workload-change rules.

03

A combined model

Base resourcing plus a variable element for actual volume. Parameters follow analysis.

Pricing accounts for complexity, schedules, quality, resources and operational risks. Rework and additional tasks have separately agreed billing rules.

The arrangement must match the actual work

If the client retains management of workers, we consider a separate staffing arrangement. The Polish launch model is assessed against local requirements.

Recruitment for a team you manage +

We clarify the profile, organise sourcing and selection, and agree support for starting work. This is a separate service.

Discuss recruitment
Support for a season or new shift +

We assess workload and organisation. If an area can be separated, we design a managed process. If staffing is needed, we define the appropriate arrangement.

06 / PREPARE YOUR ENQUIRY

Let’s start with your process area.

YOUR FIRST BRIEF / NO REGISTRATION

Let’s define the scope.

Choose a process and priority. Both will be included in your enquiry.

CLIENT QUESTIONS

Important details before the contract.

What if we have no operating standard?

Together, we document the actual process, agree on quality criteria and test them in a pilot. Standards follow observation, rather than arbitrary targets.

Does “turnkey” mean UWP supplies all equipment?

The contract defines the scope of equipment and supplies. Equipment, materials, transport and access may be provided by different parties; pricing and responsibilities must reflect this.

Who pays for errors and rework?

This depends on the cause: execution, input data, materials or changed requirements. We agree on how to record and settle issues before launch.

Can we start with a single work area?

Yes. We define the pilot scope, planned volume, review period and criteria for continuing. Scaling depends on the results.

How do we compare UWP with our own team?

Compare the cost per accepted unit of work, including coordination, recruitment, training, downtime, rework and supplies. An hourly rate alone is not enough.

your process need?
